As technical director at Redeemer Church, it is my job to ensuring that all technical aspects of the church’s worship services and events run smoothly and effectively. I am responsible for overseeing and managing the audio, visual, and lighting systems, as well as other technical equipment used during services.
I also troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruptions to the worship experience. I work closely with the worship team and pastors to create a seamless and engaging atmosphere for the congregation.
Additionally, I am responsible for training and supervising technical volunteers, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, and managing equipment maintenance and upgrades. Ultimately, my goal is to 1) glorify God in everything I think, say, and do and 2) foster a spiritually enriching environment with minimal technical distractions.
